vyralclipzzz ("the Service") is a desktop tool used by a content creator to edit short-form clips from livestream recordings and upload them to the creator's own social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram). This policy describes what data the Service handles and how.
TikTok — when you connect your TikTok account, the Service accesses:
Basic profile information (via the user.info.basic
scope): your display name, avatar, and open ID, used only to confirm which
account is connected.
Video upload capability (via the video.upload
scope): used only to upload clips you created to your own account's inbox/drafts.
YouTube — when you connect your YouTube channel via Google
sign-in, the Service requests only the video-upload capability (the
youtube.upload scope), used solely to upload videos you created
to your own channel. The Service does not read your channel data, videos,
comments, subscribers, or analytics. Use of information received from
Google APIs adheres to the
Google
API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Instagram — when you connect your Instagram professional account, the Service uses the content-publishing capability only to publish clips you created to your own account. It does not read your messages, followers, or insights.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on the creator's own computer, in a local database, and are used solely to authenticate uploads to the connected account. Video files being prepared for upload are stored temporarily on the same computer and are removed after processing.
The Service does not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. It does not read your messages, followers, or analytics. It does not track you across other websites or services. It has no advertising and no analytics trackers. No data is stored on remote servers operated by the Service.
Stored tokens persist until you disconnect the app. You can revoke access at any time: for TikTok in Settings → Security → Apps and services; for YouTube/Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions; for Instagram in Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. Revoking invalidates the stored tokens. You may also request deletion of any locally stored data by contacting us at the address below.
The Service is not directed at children and is not for use by anyone under 13.
