vyralclipzzz ("the Service") is a desktop tool that helps a content creator edit short-form clips from livestream recordings and upload them to the creator's own social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) via each platform's official API.
By connecting a social media account to the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not connect an account.
The Service is operated for the account owner's own use. You may only connect accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You may revoke the Service's access at any time: for TikTok in Settings → Security → Apps and services; for YouTube/Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions; for Instagram in Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
You retain all rights to the video content you process or upload with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the source footage you clip and that your uploads comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You agree not to use the Service to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the policies of the platform it is posted to.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including account actions taken by third-party platforms.
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
